Why OroDx?

Everything you need for a clearer work-up

A structured bridge between what patients report and what clinicians need to verify.

Criteria-Based Differential

A deterministic engine maps every case to published criteria (ICOP, DC/TMD, ICHD-3) and shows what is supported, what is not, and what still needs examination.

Independent AI Audits

Optional second readings from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and Grok that challenge the structured case — never a replacement for the clinician’s judgement.

Patient-First Experience

Plain-language questions and visual pain mapping let patients describe complex symptoms before the visit, and hand the record to the clinic with a one-time code.

Practice Dashboard & Usage

Invitations, handoff retrieval, completed assessments, AI cost and subscription status in one clinician workspace.

How it works

From symptoms to a clinician-ready record

01 / PATIENT

Describe the pain

Select the painful area on illustrations and answer focused questions about timing, triggers, quality, and safety signals.

02 / ENGINE

Organize the criteria

The deterministic engine structures the case, marks what is supported, and identifies what still requires examination.

03 / CLINICIAN

Review and verify

The clinician retrieves the record, adds examination findings, and can use optional AI audit tools as a second reading.

For patients

Explain what hurts without medical vocabulary

Complete a guided assessment and bring the record to a participating clinic.

  • Visual pain map with left/right selection
  • Safety questions take priority
